Kihei Beach Condominium, with its 52 individually-owned condos, is in a prime location at 36 S. Kihei Road on Maui’s sunny, dry southwest shore.

Every condo unit is beachfront with an expansive view from your lanai of the ocean and the West Maui Mountains. Take just a few steps over the front lawn and you can swim in the ocean or walk on six miles of sandy beach.

In the evening spectacular sunsets are a featured attraction. The islands of Kahoolawe and Molokini can be seen in the distance and out your back window the upcountry slopes of Haleakala.

The quiet, relaxing setting on Sugar Beach in the north end of the Kihei area is 10 miles from the Kahului airport. It provides an excellent central take-off point to golf, snorkel, shop and tour the island, taking time to try a wide-variety of excellent restaurants.

The Kihei Canoe Club is next door, and watching the canoes during practices or races is one of the pleasant diversions. When the humpback whales make their annual trip to our shores you have a front-row seat to observe their activities.
